Gilbert from Mr. Appliance was fantastic! He showed up on time, was friendly, professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed the hot water pump on our dishwasher. He took the time to explain what was going on, and made sure everything was working before he left. He was also tidy and showed care for our floor and cabinets. It’s such a relief to have great service from someone who clearly knows their stuff and genuinely cares about doing the job right. We called yesterday to schedule a repairman to diagnose our built-In microwave. They were out the very next morning. Gilbert was knowledgeable, professional and very good at his job. He was familiar with the issues and diagnosed and repaired it in about an hour. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and the tech.

Very pleased with the work done by Emiliano M. He was respectful of our home, taking care of his shoes and where he placed his tools. He got right to work and was able to diagnose the issue with our oven pretty quickly! He did a thorough check, noting anything other things that might need fixing (ex. we didn't know we had a burnt bulb in the lower oven). He is truly invested and interested in appliances! You can tell by the way he talks and inspects things. We had no doubts in moving forward with the repairs after he diagnosed it. The oven was ready same day! Very happy with his work and trust him with our appliance repair needs.
