Company scheduled appointment promptly, stayed in touch with reminders and notifications. They let us know who and when to expect the repair person. Charlie was on time, friendly and capable. The required dishwasher part was here the next day and so was Charlie! We were very pleased with Mr. Appliance of Winter Haven and highy recommend them.

Shout out to Ms. Katrice who went above and beyond helping my small business find the help we needed with a commercial fryer. Mr. Appliance could not help BUT..... Katrice still helped us search and locate someone that could. THAT IS TOP NOTCH SERVICE! And will definitely make us go to Mr. Appliance for any services for our homes or business in the future! My refrigerator failed on Saturday. I called Mr. Appliance on Sunday morning and left a message. He called me right back and trouble shouted with me over the phone to see if it was something he could fix. After many questions, he determined that it was not and since it was a relatively new appliance advised me to call the manufacturer directly. I plan to do that first thing on Monday. He did not charge me for his time even though he does not work on Sunday mornings. Very impressed with Mr. Appliance!

I called and was able to get a same-day appointment for my refrigerator that wasn't cooling. Charles sent a text as promised when he was on his way to my home. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The part was a bit pricey, but he had everything on the truck and quickly fixed the problem. For a Friday call, I am ecstatic this was fixed before the weekend!

Fantastic service. Technician was able to diagnose and repair my dishwasher without having to buy new parts. Would definitely recommend.
