HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGER. I spoke with the manager explaining to him what I needed to extended a gate in my backyard and kept asking me what I needed when I had already explained to him multiple times that I needed X amount of posts and X amount of panels. Then even after I explained myself he wanted me to draw a picture of the gate we were going to extend which I found unnecessary. Then began to yell and give attitude saying that I didn’t know what I wanted. Manager realized he was in the wrong and tried to apologize after yelling and being disrespectful. Unfortunately, if you visit this fence supply store be prepared to raise your voice back and stand your ground when placing an order with the manager.
