No call, no show on our appointment. Lied about booking notification. We booked on a Monday for a Friday appointment due to fire hazard. Due to their unprofessional behavior we are set back 4 more days. Honoring your commitments to your customers should be a priority, clearly not for Mr. Chimney. Try other companies, avoid this one.

I made an appointment online and verified it by phone. Needless to say, they were a no show. I called to follow up with no call back. It’s on me that I didn’t check prior reviews before setting this up.

Air Duct Cleaning Service 1st Appointment (attempt): I received a cancellation text AFTER the appointment window the appointment needed to be rescheduled. 2nd Appointment (attempt): 4 days later - No phone call, no show. To be proactive, I called 45 minutes at the end of the appointment window to see if the appointment was still on schedule. The representative stated the appointment WAS on schedule and I would either receive a confirmation text or call prior to arrival. Never happened. 2 hours after the lapsed appointment window, I messaged for a status update on our appointment - no response. Seeing another merchant which will not waste clients time or at a minimum communicate.
