Mr. Dirty Ducts

I called and they responded immediately to evaluate our HVAC system the same day. I was able to get on their schedule the next day for the duct work cleaning and duct repair. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were also very thorough in both their initial inspection and the cleaning. I would definitely recommend them.

HUGE Shout out to Chris Alford and his co- worker (I can't remember his name, I'm sorry!!!) BOTH of them came out to clean the duct work, and did an AMAZING OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!!! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was inspected properly and thoroughly cleaned. When I was getting quotes from other companies, they were the only ones who actually came out to inspect the HVAC unit itself and the duct lines leading to it before giving an estimate. That level of attention and professionalism really stood out. During the inspection, Chris even found a few spots where the ductwork hadn’t been properly attached or sealed by the original installers — and they went ahead and fixed those issues when they came out for the cleaning! They also cleaned the AC unit and the dryer vent, which were both overdue and made a huge difference in airflow and effic

Mr. Dirty Ducks cleaned out our HVAC system after a home renovation project. With a baby due in a couple weeks, we were eager to get our ducts clean and our house warm for winter. They were prompt and so kind, and even took precautions with our newly oil poly-ed floors. We really appreciated that they have NADCA certification, and that they use a vacuum attached to a truck rather than a portable vacuum for stronger suction. We are so grateful their help and that we will now have a warm house with clean air to bring baby home to.
