Mr. Duct Cleaner

Thank you Mr. Duct Cleaner for another great experience. The mole you cleared 5 years ago hasn't returned thanks to your services and my dryer vent is free from lent as well as the other registers. The price was fair and Paul and crew were efficient and pleasant! Thanks Mr. Les for answering my call!

BEWARE: They list a broad array of things they do during a duct cleaning, but beware that not everything is being done. I thought we had a great experience, until an HVAC professional told me that it was impossible that the HVAC coils and blower motor was cleaned, as the plenum was never even opened. I called Les and he said he would come take a look the following day, but never did. He did send someone on his team, but all they did was open up a duct and spray into the plenum. That is not cleaning, at all. I later called Les multiple times over several days, and never heard back from them. It's clear that I am now being ignored. Very disappointed.

On time professional and courteous. They provided lots of info and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them and use their services in the future. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
