Called for someone to come and check a blinking light in a bathroom and asked him to switch a fan and light switch position in the same bathroom. He came and checked it and said the switch was bad and that he was going to lunch and would pick up the parts. Was gone 2 hr and 20 minutes. Changed all three switches in 1 hr and 15 minutes so he worked 1 1/2 hours and charged me $312.50 labor and $45 for the switches. Called to see why it was so much and still have not received a phone call. Tried 2 days later and had to leave a voice message. Still waiting on an answer. And in addition to that he tore my Sheetrock and never told me.

I called and got Scott the owner and made an appointment to install a 50 amp RV outlet. Scott seemed friendly and claimed he did a lot of work in the area. He scheduled the appointment and told me he would text me when he was on his way the next day. That was three weeks ago. Scott never called to say he could not make it, did not return my text or calls. He is totally unprofessional and a waste of time. I do not recommend this company.

Mr. Electric sent an electrician out to check on outlets, switches, appliclances that are flickering. We told him the same issues are also on the other side of the house. We asked him to check specific areas. He never went to the other side of the house. He didn't even check half of what we asked him to check. He went outside, got in his truck & left without discussing anything with us. When I called the next day, they told me that "not everyone can afford to have the needed work done". Nothing was fixed! WHAT is wrong with them?!! We have used them for several years. Never again!

Electrician came out to install a plug on our destroyed home for a travel trailer after Hurricane Laura. We evacuated for Hurricane Delta the next am. Returned to Lake Charles in the trailer 4 days later and plugged it in. No electricity to the plug we paid for days ago! 2 days later we are still waiting for someone to come and correctly install the needed plug but don't worry, they put in a work order for us... 😲

I called them because I had a breaker that blew during the night, and I measure a short circuit. I assume the wiring issue is in the attic. I was told they would call me back. They didn't call on day 1, so I called again the morning of day 2 to make sure I was on the list. They didn't call on day 2 so I called the morning of day 3 and told them to go to hell
