I don’t normally write reviews, but the customer service from Jeremiah and Clayton with Mr. Electric was EXCEPTIONAL!! They added an outdoor outlet on the back of my barn for a battery charger and even helped with running the 12 gauge extension cord, complete with zip ties. The project was fully completed and done safely and correctly. I would highly recommend them. Total Pros.

Prior to having any work completed by a company, I ensure that I thoroughly research multiple businesses to gain a preliminary understanding about the quality of the work being performed and the associated expenses. After completing my review process, I decided to proceed with Mr. Electric. They were the most courteous and professional upon our initial phone encounter. Additionally, I appreciated them providing a rough estimate (range of cost) in advance. Subsequently, I was thoroughly pleased with the technicians' level of professionalism, teamwork, and patience with explaining the job they completed. I own a Shed construction company and had a need to run electricity to a customer’s shed. I called around to the local electrical contractors in Columbia and felt the sting of corporate red tape. Thankfully on the final call I was able to reach Tarra, a real person and the owner of Mr. Electric. We had a lot of communication back and forth through the project bid, the construction, electrification, and finally the inspection phases of the project. Mr. Electric was punctual, focused, and followed through to the T! My customer was happy and so am I. Teresa and clayton were the electricians that came to my home. They were both professional and friendly and both knew exactly what they were doing. They worked together beautifully,, discovered the problem quickly. I signed up for their advantage plan because I can see me using them as my electricians in the future. Tha k you for a job well done and the cost was very reasonable.

Had a great experience with Mr. Electric! Teresa and Ryan came out to help and were both super friendly and really knew their stuff. The first time they stopped by, we found out we needed another part, but they came back right after it arrived and got everything working perfectly. They helped me fix a mistake I made trying to install my Ring camera myself, and now it’s set up just right. Everything went really smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with how professional and easy to work with they were. They did mention they could give a small discount for a five-star review, but honestly, I’d give them five stars anyway — they definitely earned it!
