Daniel S. gave us great service over a multi-day intense job and got us back up and running quickly after a chilly night and morning. Ken the owner called us back quickly and gave us all the info we needed when we were suddenly out of electricity late on a Sunday night. Helped us feel at ease. Will use them again for sure!

I had a great experience with Mr. electric and Brandon the electrician. From initial inquiry, the team reached out to me almost immediately trying to schedule an appointment. Once we agreed an appointment time, I got an immediate notification via phone confirming the appointment and sharing a picture of electrician that I should expect. From the initial interaction to the end, Brandon was really helpful, transparent of the process, next steps, etc. very customer centric and reasonable!

Ken was very responsive and attentive to our whole project. He made sure we were taken care of when we needed it. Daniel the electrician was great. He went above and beyond and was really helpful for all our little requests during the project as well!
