I called Mr Electric after calling other companies that never called me back. Not only I had the opportunity to talk to a rep to present my issue, but few minutes later a received a call for me to provided more details. Based on the info provided, the person told me that they will treat the issue as urgent and that I was going to soon receive a call from a technician. In less than 15min I was receiving a call from Nestor Acevedo. He arrived timely at the proposed time. Néstor did a great job. He was very professional and very cautious with the job. He needed to replace a burned outlet and he was very cautious protecting my property- not breaking the wall or the outlet surroundings. Nestor did a nice and neat job. Victor Loperena came over to check out our electrical work on the house. He did a very thorough inspection and showed a very detailed plan we could go about it fixing all of our issues. While working he was very respectful of our property, time, and space, but also cool to joke around with. He showed us everything he was working on and explaining these systems in depth for our understanding. Work was done timely and cleaned up before leaving. Great guy. Want him back for the rest later on.

I first had Hans come to my home to inspect an issue I was had with a 220 outlet for my EV charger. He was friendly, communicative, and gave me a great overview of the issue and how best to address it. Nestor then came this evening to do the work and did a fantastic job.
