Destroyed my travertine pavers by shifting them wildly out of place due to using pressure that is too strong. Once I informed him and showed photos of his damage his company mysteriously never answers the phone ever again. Only use if you want your property damaged.

Very responsive - I sent in a request for quote via their website Sunday morning and got a call about an hour later and an appointment for the following day, Monday between 3 + 4 PM.
