I had my downspout connector disconnect from the gutter and the downspout, and it fell off. A few feet of the gutter also separated from the house and was hanging off. The crew came on schedule and fixed everything quickly. The gutter is secured to the house, the downspout connector is reattched to both the gutter and the downspout, and all looks good.
