John arrived and was very efficient. He completed 3 repairs perfectly. John repaired a dangling bathroom rail, the exterior trim/brick molding and fixed my porch railing that was coming apart.

they charged me over 1500$ to fix a door and hang a bracketand did not do the job. they just fired the guy who did the work …Then they backed out of fixing My door, which is the main reason I called them. The other small project was to simply hang two barn doors over the closet… it was a failure also …a 15 year old could’ve done that quick. ..they wanted to pay me $250 to care of their mistake. Julie said sir, we don’t do that kind of work so why did they accept the work and take my money? Then hung up on me. Do not trust them. They do not hire good people. They do not do good work. I will never call them again. I’m calling my attorney

Adam, the technician i interacted with, was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He diagnosed and repaired a vent pipe in a timely manner. In total, the work ended up costing 1450 (this included the initial visit, the repair parts, and labor). It's more than I wanted to spend but after weighing my options I decided it was the best option for me.
