You feel safe when the technician comes over and they're easy to communicate on what you need done either on the phone or by email. We've hired Mr. Handyman several times for projects around our commercial space, and Carlos continues to be outstanding. Our most recent project involved a freezing closet that needed better insulation, a fresh coat of paint, and a cleaner look overall. Carlos handled everything flawlessly-he insulated the space, painted it, and hid the exposed electrical/panels (with help from Doug) in a way that looks clean and professional. Mr Handy is always on point with whatever issue I'm having in my home and abroad. I have not run into any issue that they were not able to handle either carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and even painting they have address in a quick and professional manner. I needed help with adjusting my interior door from my house out to my garage. The door knob handle lock and latch was not engaging, so the door would not close properly. I called Mr Handyman and they came out within an hour and repaired the door. Excellent service and excellent work.
