Mr. Handyman of Shakopee - Lakeville - Eagan

I hired them to install a tile floor in my basement and now I have tiles sticking up all throughout the basement. They didn't remove the ground the next day but rather waited 3 weeks so now there is a film that can only be removed from a professional tile cleaner. They didn't cut the wood trim and fit the tile under it like you are supposed to so there were gaps everywhere and had to put up extra quarter round with the trim to cover the gaps. The trim work is horrible with nails sticking out, uneven joints, and gaps between the trim and the walls. Jason is the owner and he said they guarantee their work but now is saying the contract was just to install the floor so they fulfilled their obligation regardless of how it looks.

We worked with a gentleman named Mike, who was very knowledgeable and did excellent work. We highly recommend Mr Handyman and look forward to using them in the future for our household projects. Jason who set everything up was on it! He stayed in touch and kept us up to date. Highly recommend this company!!

I cannot say enough on the Amazing work and professionalism that Jason and Damon did! I did a complete kitchen redo and tore down the wall to the next room to open the kitchen. The work was phenomenal and to say Thank you doesn’t do justice! I would HIGHLY recommend these gentlemen and if I could give a higher review I would! Thank you again Jason and Damon!

We had Mr. Handyman install French doors for our office. The opening was larger than the biggest door size we could find so they built in the drywall to fit the doors we chose. They look beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Mark did an amazing job. They were able to have someone out within just a few days of contacting them and communication was excellent. I would definitely hire them again for any future home improvement needs we have.

Jason, Mark, and the rest of the team were amazing. I bought a house unseen, and they started the reno before I even moved across the country. They were there for all my questions and hurdles. So kind and professional. Everything looks amazing and they stick by their work.
