I hired Mr. Handyman to repair some water damaged drywall on my kitchen ceiling. The tech, Mohamed, was very friendly and arrived on time. On the first visit he cut out the damaged drywall and installed a new piece, taped and mudded the seams, and used stain blocker on some remaining stains. He returned the next day and added more joint compound but didn't do any sanding. He came back a third time to sand and added some more joint compound, necessitating a fourth visit for more sanding. I opted to sand the three remaining spots myself so I could prepare for the dust on my own schedule. Speaking of which, I was disappointed they did not have any type of dust mitigation solution when cutting and sanding drywall. He covered the immediate area but I had to cover all my cabinets and countertops

I had frozen heating pipes behind a tongue in groove cedar wall that required a plumber to cut into the and baseboard for about 20 lineal feet, leaving a mess! Rick and his helper were able to replace and repair the damaged areas. I had previously ordered the materials, but due to a stroke I was not able to do the work myself. Rick and his crew did an excellent job, great workmanship and they take pride in their work. We were very happy with our new bulkhead stairs installed by Rich. My husband had detailed what his vision was and was impressed with how the completed work exceeded his expectations. Then when the installation of our new boiler occurred it was great to hear those installers raving about the noticeably improved entry to the basement. Excellent job Rich!
