Swore I had the worst furnace they ever saw and cut my gas off during freezing temperatures putting my disabled, elderly brother at risk along with our pets. Didn’t bother to say up front what they could do for repairs. Just scolded me like a bad child. They were initially called to service my system because I had just purchased my home. I had to raise my voice to get the guy to be quiet and listen, telling him instead of telling me how bad it was, to tell me what he could do to fix it. Said they could replace everything in two days and then disappeared. When I finally did reach them they said to mail them a check as they didn’t feel like coming to pick it up and they would have to check their schedule to see when they could make it out. This company has no empathy and does NOT care about

Hired this company. Gave them half up front. In 120 days they worked less that 2 days. Fired them. Git the equipment that was never installed and lost the rest of our down payment. Do not hire them!!!

Called about a month ago and I was told it wasn't hot enough outside to check the ac unit then I called back 2 weeks later and was told he wasn't sure when he can come out and he also told me they would call me back and he never said so My dad had called again after a few days and then he said he cant do it and told my dad to get someone else. Over all he was very unprofessional and rude.

Never returned my call
