MR. HVAC Heating and Cooling

Chris arrived at our house within just a few hours of my call. We had a furnace that was blowing air, but it wasn’t warm. Chris worked on our heating system until we had heat. He is a trustworthy person and knowledgeable about the HVAC systems. We are very pleased with the work he did today and will definitely use Mr. HVAC again!

I contracted with Chris of Mr. HVAC Heating and Cooling Services for replacing my 20+ years old HVAC system recently. Chris came, inspected my old system, patiently answered my question, and gave me his best estimate for a complete Trane system, as well as a complete Goodman system. Comparing with the offers from four other contractors, his offers were very competitive and with best price and better warranty terms. I also researched Chris Gleaves on Googles. I found many good references from his previous customers. I was so impressed with him and his offer after talking to him, and decided to take his offer for a complete Trane system. Rob and his assistant came and installed the HVAC system this week. Rob is a partner of Chris’ company and has worked with Chris dated back many year

Perfect example that fantastic customer service is still alive. Rob, and his apprentice Zac, were a joy to watch and worked together like you would not believe. Total satisfaction and would recommend Mr HVAC for anything to do with install of new system or repair services. Rob is a true craftsman in his trade.

We lost our heat in the cold part of the winter. Chris came out the next day and gave us a very fair estimate. The new furnace was installed and working beautifully two days later. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended to anybody who needs HVAC work.

Replaced both HVAC systems in our second home. Chris, the owner was very personable and went through all of the options. His quote was substantially lower than others and Ron and Zach were great for the installation. 👍👍
