My carpets were too bad to repair due to pet stains and odor, I was going to use his service and put off getting new carpet until after the holidays, but Butch told me its beyond repair and doesn't want to just take my money and it still not be worth it when he leaves. A very honest man, not out to swindle anyone, that is rare.

I have worked with this company for going on 20 years now, as I work in property management. This is the only contractor we have stuck with the entire time and they are amazing. They take pride in their work and won’t leave until you are satisfied. I have also used them for personal cleaning as well as my family and friends. Here is the latest example of how wonderful he is. The owner Butch saved my youngest grandson’s brand new recliner from the yellow acrylic paint that his two year old brother decided to pour all over it. Acrylic paint. Sat on it in a cold garage for two days before Butch got it and here are the before and after pictures. These folks are a small family owned business. They picked up & dropped off my area rug from my house when they said they would. They took a rug that was covered in filth and stench from two pit bulls and just about restored it to its original appearance when we originally purchased the rug. Butch & his wife Rose are personable; Respectful; Professional & good God-fearing folks. I would highly recommend their services for anyone looking to have carpet, rug or upholstery cleaned properly. Looking forward to doing business with them again in the future!

Bruce cleaned carpets for my parents, so I was excited to have him clean when I bought a house. He's kind, professional, and does a fantastic job. I'd recommend him to anyone!

We have used Mr. Kleanzit for several years. He comes once a year. Before he comes our carpets are mashed down and dirty (the high traffic areas) and we say to each other that this time they are Not going come as clean as the years before. We are wrong every time! 😁 when Butch leaves here our carpets look brand new every time! He is the nicest guy and so professional. If you need any of the services they offer I HIGHLY recommend them.
