Wow. I lost my one working key to my older car, and the dealer was NO help. They told me it would cost about $500/key, would take 8-10 weeks (because the key was discontinued and needed to be shipped from Japan) and I would need to have my vehicle towed to the dealer to get the key programmed once it showed up from Japan. In desperation, I called a locksmith I had worked with before and THEY RECOMMENDED Mr. Lock and Key. They were FANTASTIC! I called them about 5:30 pm and they were there the next day (and would have come sooner if I needed it). They came to my house without charging anything up front, spent 2 hours plus, went WAY above and beyond, and left me (after about 2 hours worth of work) with TWO keys. It cost me about $450 all-in, meaning less than half of what the dealer wanted

I am very grateful to Noam for being able to help me with a new key and no one else wanted to help me. The dealer is very expensive and does not have much help in price. I recommend him because he is a professional in his work.
