Mold remediation can be a very stressful time for any homeowner. However, Joel (the owner) has been there for me from the very start. He pretty much educated me on the entire remediation process and made sure all the right precautions were taken to protect the apartment, personal belongings and furniture. What really gave me a piece of mind was the fact that Jose, the project manager ALWAYS picked up my calls and answered any questions or concerns I had during the entire project. Joel of Mr. Mold came out and spent 2 hours assessing my home. He is thorough, patient, caring, and so informative. I learned so much from him. After someone who has been sickened with mold toxicity, it was a fantastic experience to meet with the professional team from Mr. Mold. They came to the locations where I was staying and did a complete and thorough assessment of the areas including air and swab testing on the same day that I called.
