Puma was so wonderful, I can’t even explain how helpful he was. I called AAA and about 2 other locksmiths and none of them could get into my car due to the shape of the lock. He was fast and incredibly professional, he kept trying, and I’m so grateful! Highly recommended!

I locked myself out of my house and Puma from Mr. Pick A Lock came to help. He was super kind, patient, and explained everything he was doing the whole time. There was a moment I thought we wouldn’t be able to get in, but he didn’t give up and made it happen! So grateful for his hard work and professionalism. Highly recommend!
