Do not contact them! Every time I’ve called them they are coming a this time or that time never show never answer but got my address just to never do any work…they will waste your time this is the 5th time…I’m done

Interesting that most of the 1 star reviews are about them NOT showing up. For me, they took my name and address and said someone would call 30 minutes before coming and never gave an approximate arrival time. As I had to wait anyway for other contractors, I was going to be there all day anyway. They showed up out of the blue with not ever calling to say they were coming! I asked what happened to me getting a call first and they just smiled like they didn't speak English and gave no answer! On to the more important matter, if you're using this company I guarantee you're being overcharged. Waaay overpriced for all of his services so don't believe the lie that he's giving you a deal.. For starters he wanted to charge $200 to snake a main drain that every other plumber only charges between $9

Never will call him again. I sat an service but they never showed up not a simple courtesy call to let me know that no one was available. I will recommend 5 guys plumbing from Dearborn. Best service and friendly guys.

I was referred to them by someone who had a great experience they came out got everything taken care of very quickly, and they had the best rates around. I highly recommend them.
