Mr. Restore Services

Very unhappy with our experience with Mr. Restore. My grandfather had a failed mold test in his house and needed it cleaned. When Mr Restore showed up they told us they needed a $6000 check from my grandfather to start working without looking at or signing any paperwork even though my grandfather has homeowners insurance. When my grandfather wrote the check they told him he needs to be out of the house because they are going to fumigate it so he left and wasnt able to see any of the work they were doing. When we got back they were gone and left all the air scrubbers running throughout the house and did not come back to replace any filters or do any follow up. Had some termite damage to an outside door and jam. Mr Restore did an outstanding job replacing everything, including matching paint, going above and beyond. I had another door which they even finished painting its trim. It’s always frustrating finding any contractor that does quality work, but these guys obviously take pride in their work and it shows. Thanks for making it so easy. Seriously, you made my day. I wish every service contractor did such a great job. You guys deserve a raise.

Mr. Restore does terrific work and they care about their customers. We worked with Mr. Restore on a job for an elderly woman and they were quick to make repairs and also very eager for us to get to the job and do the electrical work so the woman could have her dishwasher working again. I highly recommend Janice and the Mr. Restore team!

Never called back. Kept having to follow up with them. They finally came out and removed some of our insulation but then they said they would schedule a date to come back and replace the removed insulation. After hearing nothing for two weeks, we finally reached them and were told they no longer will replace the insulation, leaving us stuck in the middle of the job.

Watch homes in the neighborhood. One of our customers master bedroom ceiling fell in. Within 5 hours, estimated cost sent to insurance, and their team had the roof sealed with a tarp, wet cowling and insulation removed. Fans were set up to dry walls and furniture in the room. They are very much on top of it all. Really know what they are doing……
