We love Mr. Rooter! We use them all the time for any issues that come up and have always been super impressed and satisfied — this last visit by Cameron Mower was no exception, truly a delight! Not only was Cameron incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous about the task at hand, but he was also super kind and personable and easy to be around. I was happy to welcome him into our home and he did an awesome job swapping out our bathroom faucet for one that was freshly powder coated. I’ll def be requesting Cameron for our future visits! Highly recco both Mr. Rooter and Cameron :)

Mr Atreyu was professional and knowledgeable. He showed up an hour after we called on a Saturday. We ended up requiring additional work, which we kind of suspected, and he completed the work we needed in two trips all within 24 hours. He tried to keep costs to a minimum by working efficiently and did a great job of explaining the repair and warranty. We will recommend Mr Rooter to friends and family thanks to the great customer service and quality work by Atreyu!

We had an outstanding experience with this plumbing service! On the morning of a baby shower I was hosting, we discovered our kitchen sink was completely backed up — talk about stressful timing. Alex arrived promptly, assessed the situation quickly, and got right to work. He was professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable. What could have been a major disaster was handled smoothly, and he cleared the blockage in plenty of time for us to finish preparations and enjoy the celebration without worry. Thanks to Alex, our kitchen was fully functional before guests arrived, and the day went off without a hitch. We’re incredibly grateful for the fast response and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Mr. Rooter has been my “go to” plumber for ages because they deliver great service and quality work. When I finally got around to remediation of my 100 year old home’s galvanized pipes, I went with Mr Rooter with full confidence they would do things right. And they did! Most recently I needed a water hook up for a new refrigerator, and my technician Greg Bauer was fabulous. I thought I knew what I needed (I didn’t!) and Greg took the time to explain the best way to go and why. Thank you Greg, I appreciate you!

Mr. Chris Moore was a fantastic technician. He was extremely patient and skilled. He throughly explained all the options and steps, and was determined to fix our drain issue even though it proved more challenging than he originally thought.
