We had the pleasure of having Jose Avalos in southern Marin as our service professional. Jose was on time , courteous, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. He loves what he does and it shows! Thank you very much!

Busted pipe between the meter at the street and the house. Tons of water spewing across the driveway. My usual plumbing contact couldn't get to us right away but Mr. Rooter had people ready to dispatch. They found the leak and patched the line the same day.

Jason was so pleasant and knowledgable. Will be coming back for further plumbing needs... to install new toilet and replace/repair shower valve handles. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The Mr. Rooter coordinator, Nikki, was responsive and on the ball. The plumber, Jason, was extremely pleasant, informative, clean and got the job done efficiently. Very pleased with the service.

Such a great guy that fixed my toliet his last name was Cruz and I think his first name was Ricky a wonderful guy with a big heart ❤️
