Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Amarillo

5 x 10 stars for Mr.Rooter Plumbing of Amarillo. This last Friday, our water heater bit the dust. Within 30 minutes, their plumber, Trent, arrived and pronounced my water heater DOA. Trent showed up promptly at 9 am this morning and around noon he had us up and running. It was extremely fantastic to have a professional like Trent do the job. The cost was about what I expected and we’re good for at least 10 years with the warranty. Check it out! Thanks Y’all!!

Garret has been to my house a couple times. He is always professional and thorough with explaining everything. He installed my bathroom faucets on this visit and flushed my water heater because I was experiencing brown water anytime I turned on the hot water. No more brown water! I only use Mr Rooter for any of my plumbing needs. The are quick, reasonably priced and very professional.

The plumber that came today on a Saturday after a holiday too by name of Garrett is a very professional and understanding helpful sole that I would along with my dad would recommend to help when your sewage line is blocked he resolved and made it flow even this being an older home. Albert and his assistant came out the same day we called to help us with a drain backup. Both of them did an amazing job of not only fixing the problem but with their camera were able to show us where future repairs would eventually be needed. They were also able to help us locate our sewer clean out. They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be using their services again!!

I made a morning appointment they said they would be here between 10 and 12, I called at 1 said they would be there in about an hour an a half. Finally showed up around 2:30 ish. The guy's were good and did the job quickly, but waiting for almost 5 hours with no contact is not acceptable really disappointed. Pretty pricey to have a washer drain snaked out.
