Juan and Jeremiah were incredible. We discovered a water leak on the side of our house after 6:00 pm. We contacted Mr Rooter at a time we considered “after hours.” They came out promptly, diagnosed the issue, and make the repair. They were both extremely courteous and friendly despite the late hour. It was 9:45 pm by the time the repair was completed. My wife and I are happy to have found Mr. Rooter in an emergency situation and super grateful for their awesome techs Juan and Jeremiah. Mr Rooter Plumbing was a quick response (called night before arrived next day). Luis and his partner were very friendly and asked the questions they need to know. Toilet flush was repaired quickly this time. I don't know how reasonable the price was because I'm just a temporary tenant. The landlord seems to keep this company on hand as one of their plumbing service options.

Had a leak in the washer hookup line at a rental house. Mr. Rooter was out the next day and did the repair quickly and for a fair price. Very responsive, professional, and communicative.
