The freezing weather caused a huge 100 year old cast iron drain line pipe in my basement to crack a few days before my scheduled surgery. An emergency late evening call to Mr Rooter was answered quickly an the had a workman there early the next morning to evaluate the situation. The pipe has now been replaced by experienced, professional, and highly qualified staff. I thought the excavation outside would destroy my driveway. It didnt. HUGE THANKS to Mr. Rooter and all involved for getting the job done!!! Make Mr. Rooter the ONLY place you call for all your plumbing needs! ( Thanks to Jean, Kathy and the guys for keeping me sane when I most needed it!!!!!!) YOU'RE THE BEST!!!

My technician John was outstanding! He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, and then fixed my drain issue perfectly. A real professional: knowledgeable, friendly, & efficient. I am very pleased with the service and work I received from Mr. Rooter. Highly recommended!

I thought the price was okay. The price on the next repair needed is a little pricey. We are retired and on a fixed income and need to wait till spring to do the next repair. The young man that was here was good at what he fixed. Explained things well and did not seem to mind when I asked about fixing something that was not on the list to do. Would recommend Mr. Rooter to family and friends. I would give 4 1/2 stars.

Mr Rooter to the rescue again! Dominick did an outstanding job clearing the blockage in my sewer line. Was very pleasant while answering my questions while working. This company is the best!

Excellent service! Randy the Technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. Fixed the problem with the clogged line in a timely manner. Highly recommend! Also a great receptionist that took my work order.
