Mr Rooter is a company that goes over and above to provide the best service possible!! Not once, but twice they have repaired a broken waterline at our building and have been a real pleasure to work with. Finally a company that really cares about their customers and providing top quality service! You can’t go wrong with Mr Rooter! Good old-fashioned customer service is hard to find, we found it here with Mr Rooter. They are also very knowledgeable and very professional. The owner is top notch, he even showed up on the job to help out and support his team, how often do you see that. We are customers for life, 100%.

Luke was wonderful to work with—very kind and professional—and the office was responsive. I called and they had Luke out within the hour, which I did appreciate. However, the pricing was disappointing. $400 for one PVC ball valve and a small piece of insulation for winterizing—materials that cost under $50 and required roughly 15 minutes of labor. It felt like pricing that takes advantage of people when they’re in a bind, which definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and makes it hard to recommend mr. rooter or use them again in the future. While the response time was fast and the work was done, the markup was excessive!!

Used their online service to set up an appointment and I received a call back just a few minutes after… Explained what work I needed, the office manager let me know they had a truck in the area wrapping up a job and could head over. Within 30 minutes from the time I texted Rustin showed up and had the issue addressed. Fair price for what whet they did, with a warranty. Give them two thumbs up.

I called a central service and told them that I needed an Rheem electric tankless repair done. Unfortunately, the service sent us a gas water heater repair man from Mr. Rooter. He did try to fix the problem, he did what he could. We still have the error code on the unit, but learned how to by pass it. We feel the cost for the service was quite high. The technician was professional, friendly, and did try to address the issue.

Amazing experience with the Mr. Rooter team; the task was completed within a few hours, including the inspection. Trustworthy, safe, and highly recommended.
