I’m so relieved to have called Mr. Rooter! Right away, they assisted me with such great customer service, making sure I was being taken care of. The job that I needed. was not too small for them to come out and handle. It seems the other top plumbing companies I called didn’t want to even bother to come out. The Sales project manager Allen Martin was so personable and treated me like a human being. He was very professional and help us get the water back on right away. We will keep Mr. Rooter for all our plumbing needs, and will definitely refer them to somebody else.

We had a pipe burst after a freeze so we had to call a bunch of plumbing services. Everyone else wanted us to wait a week for service, but Mr Rooter was out here the next morning. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely use them again and they will be the first call if another emergency happens.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about Allen and the service he provided. From the very first phone call, he was professional, responsive, and kind. He took the time to really listen to what was going on, asked smart questions, and made me feel confident that I was in good hands before he even arrived. When he showed up, he was on time, prepared, and immediately got to work diagnosing the issue. What stood out most to me was his professionalism and attention to detail—he didn’t just do a quick fix; he explained what was happening, walked me through each step, and made sure I understood exactly what he was doing and why. Everything went smoothly and as planned. Allen was great in setting us up for the removal and install, and Dayshawn and Damien were great getting the job done. They showed up a day earlier than scheduled, which was much appreciated!! All around great service!!

The Mr. Rooter team (Allen, Justin & Dalton) just completed a fairly serious issue with my toilet and shower. The issue was diagnosed and they came back the next day and fixed it. They did a great job and were very skilled, professional, and very nice. I highly recommend them.
