I cannot recommend this company enough. They are quick to respond and their pricing is spot on. In order to keep our water heater in tip top shape, we have to change the anode rod and do a water flush yearly. We had the pleasure of having tech, Bailey, complete the work. He didn’t try to upsell other services, unlike so many other companies. He was very patient with my elderly hard of hearing Dad who had a dozen questions. Bailey was very polite and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be using them again.

The technician that came out, Bailey, was friendly and informative provided information and options that were affordable and without pressure (purchasing a new toilet from Mr Rooter. vs on my own). Installation was quick and the area was left clean. I'm very pleased with the entire experience.
