I had an excellent experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing thanks to technician Christian Carroll. From the moment he arrived, Christian was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, walked me through the options, and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done. What stood out most was his attention to detail and genuine care for doing the job right. He worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and ensured everything was functioning perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find a technician who combines skill, transparency, and great customer service so seamlessly. I truly appreciate the quality of service Christian provided and wouldn’t hesitate to call Mr. Rooter Plumbing again. Highly recommended.

I recently inherited the house and found out a lot of things have been neglected over the years. Found out the gas line was leaking under the ground. All of the underground piping had to be replaced. Andy came to are rescue. After moving in, the water and gas couldn't be turned back until gas line was fixed. Month with no water or gas, it was urgent. Andy was able to get the ball rolling the next day. The office and Andy kept me up to date on how long and what time work will begin. Very impressed with Andy's speedy actions and Tony also. "I cannot recommend Christian and his crew enough! They recently replaced all the plumbing in my 76-year-old house and installed a new water heater. Tackling a full repipe on an older home can be a nightmare, but this team made it seamless. They were fast, reliable, and incredibly easy to work with. I was especially impressed by how the office staff and the field crew stayed perfectly coordinated to work around my busy schedule. I would give Mr. Rooter a 5-star rating because the team was professional, efficient and honest. Initially, the representative offered $1800 to change a gas line but when I presented a quote from another company for the same job at $1650, the company was willing to beat the price. So I would encourage having other quotes ready since the company is willing to negotiate. I liked how timely the company was. They called in the morning as expected to give me a time frame of when I should be expecting a team member to arrive, and the person arrived in a timely manner. After completing the original task of replacing one gas line, the company found another leak and gave me options while discussing the risks and benefits of each.
