Mr. Rooter Plumbing of North Central Indiana

My sink has been making this strange smell for months and in a matter of minutes thom and Anna were able to figure out the cause and help direct me in the best ways to fix my problem! They were so kind and quick and very hospitable! Also the service fee was very affordable for their professional input and time! I will be going with Mr rooter in the future for my plumbing problems!

Our plumber Emily was amazing. We had been without running water through our warm water pipes due to sand in the pipes from the well system where we live. She was able to problem solve and provide a clear plan on how to fix it. She walked us through every step and successfully got our water running again. She even went the extra step of telling us how to fix a few other things we would need maintenance on if we decided to do it ourselves. Highly recommend and will definitely use Mr. Rooter for services in the future!

I loved the gentleman that came to my house, Thom Beck. He was wonderful, he explained everything step by step, showed me what was goin on in the camera view and it was so much cheaper than I expected I highly recommend Mr. Rooter

Was charged for main line clean out and camera inspection the tech was able to clean out but couldn’t use camera and still got charged for it .. then proceeded to tell me it would be 1,000 to jet drain. Called other companies who quoted $300 to jet the lines. Maybe you should reevaluate pricing and techs

Emily was awesome. She was thorough and thoughtful. She saw problems with our plumbing and gas line that MANY other professionals missed. She came in to install our water softener and ended up also saving our lives by fixing a gas leak! She stayed until it was fixed! She came back the day after Thanksgiving to finish the project.
