I had an excellent experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of North Miami. I called and spoke directly with Shachar, the owner, and he was professional, responsive, and made the whole process smooth from the start. One of his plumbers came out to my rental apartment and did an outstanding job. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently and cleanly. You can tell they take pride in their work. As a landlord, having reliable and trustworthy service providers is extremely important to me, and they absolutely delivered. Fair pricing, great communication, and quality work. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of North Miami and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Before and after: Hansel and Joel were extremely knowledgeable, super easy to work with and friendly. They figured out several issues throughout the process and made quick work of cutting around the slab being careful not to damage any pipes underground. I’m definitely looking forward to working with them again :)

Shawn and Alfonso were great and explained everything thoroughly. I thought my washer valve needed to be replaced but they came the same day I called within 2hrs and confirmed that everything was fine and it’s the washer that was the problem. They disconnected the hoses and made sure no leak was happening So happy they came by will definitely call Mr. rooter again for any plumbing issues I have. Highly recommend !
