Service was good. I did not receive a call in advance to the plumber arriving and had to call myself to see how close he was. He was very efficient and completed the dishwasher installation easily. It the future we would choose a lower cost option as we were caught off guard by the bill being over $750. Live and learn! Still great service all things considered!

On February 16th, I called to have Mr.Rooter come and snake my sewer line. Cody came and snaked my line and got a good look with a camera and did a tremendous job. Absolutely nothing but good things to say about him… but that’s where all the good news ends. Upon inspection, I was informed about 15-25 ft of my septic line needed dug up and replaced. I was told told this on Monday, and was told it would take Wednesday-Friday the same week to complete job with 1/2 deposit and then other 1/2 upon completion. The excavation crew show up Wednesday and was working for about 5 hours or so, with 1+ hour of that being gone to dump dirt even though minima digging was done by that point. Not sure on the spelling, but Keegan is quite the asset to your team of technicians. He was polite, personable, honest, kind, quick, and a great worker. Next time I have a plumbing issue, I will be calling and requesting him. Company pricing is a bit much, but that is the only small complaint I'd have, and looking at other reviews, I see I'm not the only one that thinks so. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work Keegan did, and couldn't be happier with the results. You guys should definitely keep Keegan around as long as you can, because he'll certainly bring in more customers just by word of mouth alone. We were really worried when our pipes were frozen for over 2 weeks. When it unthawed our meter exploded, the water company came to fix it, replaced it and our pipes busted. We already didn't have running water for going on 3 weeks. They sent someone within 2 hours. His name was Keegan and he did amazing. Fixed our problem in less than an hour, and did it with a smile. I couldn't ask for better service. If yall ever need help with busted pipes, not only do I recommend the company, but I also recommend that you request Keegan specifically. Even if the money stresses you out, his shining personality will still make your day.

I called expecting to make an appointment for hoping like one day next week. They called me right back and said i can have a guy there within the hour. And they delivered. Brads service was prompt and thorough. Made for an enjoyable experience. Nice job Brad and Mr Rooter.
