We were very pleased with Mr Rooter! Brian is obviously a professional and very fast! It required a lot of patience and hard work to ascertain the best way forward due to the nasty location of our water heater. He is so determined to get it done right! Thanks guys for a great job!!

Just wanted to give you an update on the work that was done today by your person. The tenant came home and found the tub and floor a mess. I have attached the pics that she sent me. Also, the tub overflow cover was not put back properly. Even though I know that work needs to be done, it isn’t right to leave a mess, especially in a house that I rent out. They didn't fix the problem. I was quoted a price close to $8,000 to repair the pipe. I did it for under $100. But, I still had to pay over $200. for the service call. Regards, Michael Mallory

I was having a dinner party and my kitchen sink backed up. It was Sunday and i needed help asap! Called roto rooter and within an hour Herman arrived on the scene. He snaked and vacuumed the drain. He was very neat and clean. Because it was Sunday the price was more expensive but i was glad to pay it. In would recommend Roto Rooter of Palm Beach. Excellent job!

We needed service on our instant hot water. Our plumbers recently sold their business, so I relied on Yelp for a referral. Rooter has been great! Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Mike is our technician. He fixed additional work and even cleaned up! Rooter is definitely our new plumber!
