FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! Had a backed up basement drain. They couldn't clear it, and sent a camera down it. Said there was a hole in my sewer line under my floor. Charged me $5400 (up front before the job was started). Tore up my basement floor, the guy said the tech that marked the spot to dig marked it in the wrong location. Replaced what they said was a hole in the line, covered it with concrete and left. 2hrs later when I did laundry, my entire basement filled with 3" of standing water!! They told me 'sometimes when we repair a line, we then need to flush it out. We can Hydrojet it for $1500 for you. After the Hydrojet it worked for a week. Now back to the same issue. I called the City of Peoria and found out that they are not legally allowed to dig in Peoria and their plumbing license i

Initially my experience was excellent up until work got partially done on 2/6/26. They completed replacing the piping outside but failed to clean and sanitize area by the drain in the basement. When asked before they left, was told they would get something scheduled for the cleaning which never happened. They also broke a window while replacing the piping outside, which they said they would take care of. I told them yes, you will be. A team was supposed to come out 2/16, which I made arrangements to be home and no one showed. Since then I have been calling/texting the lead technician of this project with no response. I have been calling the company everyday sometimes twice a day since last week. This morning I was on hold and then my call ended and called back and of course no one was ava

I had amazing service Damien did an excellent job unclogging our drains. He was polite, respectful, and very professional throughout the entire process. We had our drain clog usually due to tree roots. They said sewer line had collapsed had to replace cost 6750.00.Did that work then said next section was collapsed cost 11000. So after paying them 17750.00 total they replaced that by digging up concrete driveway and piling concrete, dirt and sand in my front yard. They finished filling in driveway on Jan.10th said they would return following week to remove debris from front yard and fill in driveway as it settles. So numerous phone calls and 12 weeks later they have not completed what they claimed they would do. Don't call this company!!!! So they came and took concrete from yard and some of the sand. Shawn and Brooklyn came out and did an awesome job cleaning and scoping our drain. Andrew came out later and did a great job getting the drain opened until we can get the water jet completed. Robby and Mark came out yesterday and completed the water jet. They did a great job. The drain is clearing very well. I appreciate the whole team for getting a tough job completed well in this extreme cold weather. Brooklyn came back this afternoon and did an excellent job with a final check with the camera.
