We had Richard Gutierrez and he was fantastic! I was so upset that our hot water heater went out and told him that my oven had gone out too. He actually looked at my oven too and fixed it. So nice and helpful! It was right before Christmas and he gave me 3 different suggestions for our hot water heater with three different prices. My car keys got flushed down the toilet and the response and arrival was beyond fast so I was super grateful for that. Unfortunately the suction on the toilet was faster..
