I hired Mr Rooter to install the plumbing fixtures in our bathroom remodel. Billy and Alex were super efficient, skilled and friendly. They gave us transparent pricing and there were no surprises. I am very happy with the work and will definitely use them again.

Mr. Rooter promptly came out to stop a water leak from my washing machine and replaced the broken valve with a new valve and new tubing. So far the work turned out to be more extensive than expected but realistically it was a problem that had been developing over the years. The main sewer line to the city sewer was choked with large roots blocking everything from passing except a trickle of water.

Alex was our technician and was absolutely fantastic. He was thorough, explained everything, and provided regular updates. He was also able to arrive on very short notice. Highly recommend!
