Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Shasta County

We had a bathroom flood and Mr Rooter called me said he could come out the next day and what to do in the mean time. He showed up in the morning fixed the problem and helped me with another problem I had that for some reason no one else could help me with. I was very stressed on what the problem was he put me at ease and explained what he thought and what we could do to fix it. So they showed up another day to fix the second issue annd was under the price he said it might be and they found another critical issue that we were not aware of . I am very grateful and would recommend them to family and friends. They were dependable reasonable in price and honest that is important qualities in my book

I’ve used Mr Rooter for a handful of jobs so far. He showed up when I have had major leaks on 2 separate occasions and issues, and quickly resolves the issue, and he doesn’t price gouge. I also had clogs in my pool drains that several professionals said couldn’t be unclogged, but James worked very hard to get them draining again! I appreciate the honest and great service I get from Mr Rooter.

I have an older home with old plumbing. James understands the unique issues with the plumbing here. My father was a customer and I have been a customer after he passed. I can’t say enough good things! I am treated with respect, honesty, and fair pricing. I absolutely recommend James and his team and I have to friends and family.

Jon was very prompt. And communication was good. It was a sat so was very appreciated. One he broke tru wished he would have hone alittle further just to make sure. Would use Jon again.
