Service was amazing. Brian was incredibly friendly and clearly loves what he is doing. He explained all my pipe specs and pointed out future problem areas. I have a cat fountain and upon hearing it he asked about it to make sure water wasn’t leaking somewhere else. So thorough.

Brian from Mr. Rooter went above and beyond from start to finish. He set clear and realistic expectations, took the time to explain what was happening, and truly educated us along the way. He was timely, fair, and incredibly professional. Honestly, I initially thought Brian was an owner—you can tell immediately that he genuinely cares about his work and the people he’s helping. This is more than “just a job” to him. Brian works with purpose, and it shows in every interaction. He is exactly the kind of person you want representing your company. Brian is the guy I’ll be calling going forward, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

We had an emergency water heater leak and Mr. Rooter was very responsive and accommodated us quickly. Brian, our technician, was incredibly helpful and actually taught us a few things about our water heater and its maintenance. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Very pleased with his work and our experience with Mr. Rooter.
