On Saturday February 28th 2026! We called this company because the water was backing up into our tubs and sinks. They sent someone out in about 3 hours. I explained to the two guys that came out what was going on and what should service should I get because I didn’t know the difference. The guy told me well if you called and asked for a clean out then that’s what we’ll have to do, but most likely the clean out would fix the issue. Cool my husband had already set up payment one guy came in flushed the toilet and said it was fixed. So I started cleaning out the tubs toilet and started a load of clothes all of a sudden the same thing is happening but this time the water isn’t going down! It’s just sitting in the tubs and shower. The sweet plumber dale hall was great. The fact that my scheduled appointment was put off 3 days is ridiculous. The fact that they charged me for travel is ridiculous, they never said anything about that when I initially called. All he had to do was change out a faucet & was going to charge $570.00 + and I said there’s no way I won’t pay that, plus was “supposed” to get a $25.00 for them messing up my appointment times who knows if that was credited. All in all I paid HUNDREDS of dollars for less than 30 minutes of work AND I provided the faucet. I own several rental homes and will never use them again.

Friendly technician, however, I was advised that I'd be consulted and given an estimate before any work was performed. That didn't happen, less than 25 minutes cost me about $320ish dollars. It would have been nice to have been able to decide if that was the route that I wanted to go. Nevertheless, I was given an apology and encouraged to use services in the future.

Very friendly and called within a timely manner to set up an appointment. Communicated delays and gave updates prior to appointment. Techs arrived and knocked out the job. Explained what was wrong and recommended treatment to prevent it in the future. Would definitely call on them again if I need service.

They are now my go-to for all plumbing problems. Very professional, knowledgeable staff who repaired a leaky shower head that another plumber told me was not fixable. Also replaced my water heater the same day that I called. Love getting the updates from their office on ETA and the final call to make sure I was pleased with the service. First rate company!
