Great experience with Mr. Rooter and Larry . Had an emergency with our tankless water heater. It was not heating the water throughout the house. I called on a Friday afternoon and Larry got to our house in less than 40 minutes. He was very thorough and explained what he had done to get it up and running again. Which was very helpful . The problem was fixed quickly. Quality work at an affordable price. I highly recommend this company.

The work was fast and professional. We are satisfied. The only feedback i would offer is if a large job is found when a smaller job. is requested, please be aware that some customers are on fixed incomes that will be disrupted and if you are aware of any programs or assistance please offer a brochure or list to help. We are on social security. the I had a home warranty but it it did not go into effect till two weeks after the work was found. Not covered.
