I was eligible foe the county grant to replace my drainfield. They are the only one to actively do everything included within the grant no extra costs. This was going to be great. I was told repeatedly the owner would be out with in a window of a certain amount of days. .... no show.. then came starts phones not answered for over a week. I went to their place of business after I called them with no answer and somebody was indeed in the office. She went over a plan with us and said her boss would be out within the next week as he was out of town getting a new truck. When he finally came out he let us know our water table was yo high. Had a crushed 45 that allowed a clog to form. System only used 14 months. Thank fully, David showed up and diagnosed the issue quickly. I had Mr. Septic recently come out to perform a septic inspection and pump out on a property that we are purchasing. (This company was recommended to me by a long time home inspector in the area) Lee was very thorough and kind enough to take the time to explain and show us the condition of the septic. After the seller chose another local company to inspect the tank, I found Mr. Septic to have the best price to replace the tank. Tammy has been awesome and very professional too!
