Mr T Heating & Cooling

Proceed with caution. We trusted Mr.T when we picked him to replace our outside unit and hoped he’d provide great customer service if things were not working as expected with the new unit. Unfortunately, things were not up to par and here I am writing this review to let you know to be very very careful. Fast foreword to now. I found another AC company who was kind enough to step in to clean up this nightmare. Turns out that our unit was not filled with enough refrigerant when turned on by Mr T causing the unit to work extra hard during this massive heat wave, making a loud sound in outside unit and not cooling the house after a couple weeks of turning it on. Also found a big leak in evaporator coil. These are things we trusted he would check and make sure was good to go before abrupt

Mr T cares about the work he completes and all the people he interacts with. He troubleshoots all problems to try and save you money UNLIKE the bigger companies that cut corners and look for ways to upcharge. Absolute pleasure working with him. I will definitely be hiring him for future projects! Thanks again Mr.T for keeping my family comfortable!!
