Mr. Tubs Plumbing & Heating, LLC

Mr Tubs Plumbing (AKA Matt Leach) did an excellent job for us - repairing a broken sewer line, installing a sewer line check valve and installing a basement floor drain. We recently purchased a 100 + year old South Philadelphia row home that requires many repairs and upgrades. We selected Matt for the plumbing because: 1. He was knowledgeable, confident and experienced in what was required for our job. 2. His price was in line with the companies that have good reputations on Angie’s List and Yelp. 3. He didn’t try to “up sale” us on ripping out all basement plumbing. 4. He was the guy who estimated and bid the work and was also the person who would actually do the work. 5. Unlike two of the companies bidding the job, he would get the required permits and do the job by-the-book.

We absolutely loved our experience working with Matt and team. My husband and I recently purchased a home that required extensive plumbing work to repair corroded pipes and the outgoing waste line. Matt was professional and quick with all of the work which allowed us to move into our home on time and without any issues. We cannot thank or recommend him enough!

I have nothing but good things to say about the experience, from start to finish. The appointment was easy to schedule with Stephanie. Matt arrived on time and talked through the project. The estimate was clearly laid out and fairly priced. Joe and Kevin were professional and kind when they did the job (and patient with some extra questions 🙂). We will be using their services again!

Mr. Tubs is literally the best. I'm surprised we haven't reviewed them before, because they have been to our house several times about a variety of issues. Large or small jobs, Mr. Tubs does quality work, and all of the service folks who come out to our house are on time, courteous, and efficient. Matt and his team are always our go-to for any plumbing issues.

Scheduling was easy and pleasant experience. Shout out to Stephanie! She even called to let me know that the guys would be arriving early. When the guys arrived they went right to it and didn't stop until they found the problem. Mark explained everything and there never was any pressure. He explained what n where and how he would proceed. He also gave us options. We decided to go with getting the pipes to our tub fixed right then and there. The guys went above and beyond in a couple hours... Done! Oh, and did I mention the price was very reasonable. In the past two weeks we had two plumbers come out and each wanted to cut open my kitchen ceiling to get to the tub... Really?
