Mracek Plumbing and Heating

It’s been almost 2 months since I’ve called. And I’ve also called three times since them. Brenda didn’t seem to understand what I was talking about. Apparently she’s a plumber. I called again. The guy talked to said he’d look into it again nothing. Mark would be appalled at what’s happening with his company

I would not recommend these people to fix a water hose !!! They installed a tankless water system in our home a few years ago and we have had nothing but problems with it since. The people who came to clean our system said it was installed incorrectly, as they missed parts needed to run the system properly and this was why we were having issues. They also said we weren’t the first ones to have issues after Mraceks installed them. They also did shoddy work on some electrical work that was done and wouldn’t come complete what they screwed up so they didn’t get paid and won’t until they complete the work they were hired to do. I’m tired of having to have someone come out and deal with the system they messed up, along with the money it costs and this is the reason for this post!!!! I am also g

The team at Mracek's made a point to figure out our problem and get it fixed, without charging us for more than the value we received. I appreciate their dedication and care, and would be willing to return to them for future jobs.
