We talked to several contractors about putting our house back together after a mold remediation. Miguel presented the best plan for preventing the problem from recurring, notably an exterior door threshold that needed raised and a stainless door pan installed. He was recommended to us by a high-end flooring contractor and did not disappoint. Great team, high quality work and materials, all at a great price.

Miguel Reyes and his MRC team (Jose, Enrique, Mark and others ) did very high quality work of painting, carpentry and fixing many other partially finished or defective and bothersome items requiring “adjust and fit” throughout our condo unit. The entire “project” was managed very professionally within the agreed upon time and budget by Miguel providing the right skilled resource from his team to perform the task at hand. He also gave his personal attention to understand our concerns and needs and proposed cost effective solutions for the “adjust & fit” issues. We would go to him for any work required in the future.

We hired Miguel for the renovation of our two-story house. We could not be happier with the work he and his team delivered. The project had many moving parts and some contractors were hesitant to even give a quote - Miguel had a very positive, can-do attitude from the start. He and his employees are very respectful and did a very clean job. They isolated the construction area well, and we did not have a speck of dust in the rest of the house. They never left the work space dirty or messy at the end of the day. He planned the work great with the City inspectors and various subcontractors - they did not have an idle day, and finished the job earlier than projected.
