We ultimately realized that it was time to replace our aging heating system as well, so we had MRP install a brand new Bryant system inside and out, one with 96% efficiency. And we didn't make the decision lightly - it took a few weeks to get 7 estimates, and MRP's was the most competitive, and ultimately their service was top-rate all around. In the past two years we have had MRP heating and cooling install both a furnace and A/C for our home and do a system check yearly. The installation was done with great care for our home, and the products have worked tremendously. We have also been impressed with the professionalism of Matt and how prompt he is to respond to phone calls for our yearly check-up. I highly recommend Matt and MRP Heating & Cooling. He is quick to respond and thoroughly professional. In February, 2013, our heater died in one of the worst ice storms of the winter. After contacting three providers, we chose Matt. His price was very competitive and his service was excellent. He was onsite in less than 24 hours, and had an entire new system installed the very next day. We recently contacted him for a problem with our air conditioning, and he was equally prompt and courteous, working after normal business hours to resolve the issue.
